Purchasing a machine from us is a smooth and secure process, with our experts involved from start to finish. We offer a comprehensive service – from needs assessment to delivery, training and commissioning. If you wish, we can also help you arrange financing and plan maintenance agreements so that you can manage the machine’s life cycle from the outset.
We will go through your production needs, goals and any special requirements with you.
We will find the most suitable machine options and automation solutions that will serve your production efficiently and cost-effectively. We will provide you with a clear quotation and, if necessary, assist you in mapping out financing solutions.
We will draw up a contract for the purchase of the machine, confirm the order and agree on a delivery date. We will take care of the logistics and ensure a smooth delivery process from start to finish.
The machine is delivered and installed in your production environment. We ensure that your personnel receive the necessary training in the use of the machine and its controls. Training can also be ordered separately at a later date.
Maintenance, spare parts and technical support are available throughout the machine’s life cycle.
Our Pirkkala office has a showroom where you are welcome to see the machines in action. The showroom has a changing selection of machines. Read more about the showroom here. During the machine procurement process, it is also possible to arrange a separate viewing of a similar machine elsewhere in Finland or abroad.
We will provide an estimated delivery schedule when you place your order.
The delivery time always depends on the machine selected. Some machines are already in stock, some can be delivered quickly from warehouses in Europe, and some are ordered from further afield or manufactured separately according to the customer’s needs. The delivery time therefore depends entirely on the machine and the situation. Our sales staff will always provide you with an up-to-date delivery time estimate.
